About us
Spectrum Management and Training was founded in 2004 after the founder noticed a gap in the quality and level of health and social care training available to organisations. There was a need for bespoke, high quality training, from trainers with real life experiences, backgrounds and qualifications in the health and social care sector, thus Spectrum Management and Training was born.
Spectrum Management and Training is based in Exeter, Devon and provides training across the South West and are able to work further afield. We work with service providers of all sizes, delivering services to people with a range of needs.
